Griya Wisata Bontang began as a response to growing housing demand in East Kalimantan, driven in part by regional development around the new capital.
The masterplan combines subsidized and market-rate units within a single, cohesive community — a model Donelley Indonesia is now applying to other regional sites.
Phase one handovers began just 60 days after practical completion, supported by an on-site sales and documentation team working directly with partner banks.
